She worked at AES Brasil from 2009 to 2018 and joined AES Corporation from 2018 to 2020. Before that, she worked for five years in the financial market, working for companies such as Banco BBM S/A and Dynamo Administração de Recursos.Roberta holds a degree in Production Engineering from PUC-Rio, with a postgraduate degree in Finance and Capital Markets from FGV-RJ. She has taken extension courses at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Academy of Competitive Intelligence, both in the USA.

She has experience in Business Planning, Analytical Skills, Statistical Modeling and Risk Management, she has an MBA in Big Data and in Finance and Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, having worked at companies such as CCEE – Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica and AES Tietê .

Leandro is part of Atiaia Renováveis’ sales team as a specialist. He started his career at Duke Energy in 2006, also working at AES Eletropaulo and AES Tietê. As an entrepreneur, he founded a technology startup in 2015 and led the business until early 2021. He is an electrical engineer graduated from FEI, with a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.

CIDA: Customer Relationship Manager at Atiaia Renováveis ​​has over 20 years in the electricity sector, with the last 11 years dedicated to energy trading. Cida has extensive experience in the electricity sector, having already worked in the G/D/C chain. In Commercialization, she has extensive experience in the commercial area, energy trading, origination, market intelligence and extensive knowledge of energy pricing models. She worked in groups such as Energisa and Enel, having participated in the structuring of Energisa Comercializadora, in addition to being responsible for structuring Pacto Comercializadora.
