Rodrigo has been with Cornélio Brennand Group since 2018. He joined as CFO and also led the Strategy and New Business areas. In March 2022, Rodrigo assumed the presidency of Atiaia Renováveis.
Graduated in Economics and Accounting, Rodrigo has 21 years of experience in the financial, strategic planning, marketing and human resources areas, having worked at large companies such as Solar Coca-Cola and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Electrical engineer Manuel Martins is responsible for the Operations and Maintenance Directorate at Atiaia Renováveis. He joined Cornélio Brennand Group in 2004, the same year that Atiaia, the Group’s energy company, was born.
Manuel has over 40 years of experience in the electrical sector, working in the areas of construction, planning and engineering, operations and maintenance of electrical systems. Manuel has an MBA in Business Management, with an emphasis on Finance.
Silvio has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pernambuco (UPE) and an MBA in Financial Management, Controlling and Auditing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
He has 28 years of experience in leadership positions and his career includes stints at highly relevant companies in the sector, where he held roles as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Construction Superintendent. Furthermore, he worked as an expatriate in Africa, leading important projects in countries such as Benin and Tanzania, expanding his expertise in international expansion.
Sergio is the Planning and Management Manager at Atiaia Renováveis. The business administrator joined the Cornélio Brennand Group in 1993 and actively participated in the creation of Atiaia Renováveis, in 2004.
Sergio has a specialization in Organizational Planning and Management and also an MBA in Financial Management, Controllership and Auditing.
Manoel is Director of Engineering and Construction at Atiaia Renováveis and has been with Cornélio Brennand Group since 2012. Graduated in Electrical Engineering, he has more than 40 years of experience in the field of engineering, project management and construction of renewable energy generation plants.
Before joining Atiaia, Manoel worked in the operation and maintenance of plants in the sugar-alcohol market; and also in projects, equipment manufacturing and construction of thermal and hydroelectric plants.
Kátia has a degree in Business Administration from UFRRJ, with a specialization in Business Economics from Universidade Cândido Mendes – RJ.
She has more than 30 years of experience in the electricity sector, working in several areas: Finance, New Business Development, Regulation and Commercial. He worked at companies such as AES Tietê, Enel and Voltalia and is a member of the Board of Directors of energy generation companies.
Catharina joined Cornélio Brennand Group in November 2018 and is currently the Director of People & Sustainability. With more than 20 years of career, Catharina has extensive experience in driving business results through transformational initiatives, integrating people, businesses and digital processes in large retail organizations such as FMCG.
Graduated in Business Administration, Catharina has an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Ivan has been at Atiaia Renováveis since 2011 and currently works as Regulatory and New Business Manager. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering, with a Specialization in Energy Systems, an MBA in Energy and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
With more than 26 years of experience in the electrical sector in the regulatory and electrical engineering areas, Ivan worked in studies, projects, construction, operation and maintenance of electrical power systems and PCHs. In the last 13 years dedicated to Atiaia Renováveis, he played key roles, such as Operations Manager.
Leonardo has been with Cornélio Brennand Group since 2011. Previously, he worked at Claro as head of the tax legal department and was also in renowned law firms in São Paulo and Recife.
Graduated in Law, postgraduate in civil procedural law and master in business law.
With more than 15 years at Cornélio Brennand Group, Alberto leads the Financial and Strategic Planning department.
Previously, he served as controllership superintendent at Vivix Vidros Planos and financial director at Cimento Bravo, both companies of the Group. He holds a degree in Accounting Sciences and an MBA in Financial Management and Auditing and also in Project Management.
